Because the work is intentionally different, familiarity with the portfolio and artistic style is important before booking.

2 — Reservation & Planning

 

Once you decide to move forward:

• Contract and wedding information forms are provided
• A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date
• Remaining payments are completed prior to the wedding day

Planning materials help build a clear understanding of priorities, people, locations, and timeline flow.

3 — Timeline Refinement

 

Approximately sixty days before the wedding:

We finalize timeline details, locations, key relationships, and important moments to document.

​

While traditional family images are always captured, the approach prioritizes natural interaction and emotional authenticity over staged checklists.

The people who matter most will be documented — thoughtfully and intentionally.

4 — Final Preparation

 

Thirty days before the wedding:

A final conversation confirms all details one last time as timelines naturally evolve.

​

Clear communication ensures the day unfolds smoothly and allows space to remain fully present.

5 — Wedding Day

 

Presence matters.

​

Ryah arrives early to become familiar with the environment, coordinate briefly with vendors, and move naturally within the space before photography officially begins.

​

The approach is quiet observation paired with gentle direction when needed.

​

Rather than constant posing, the focus remains on genuine interaction, movement, atmosphere, and moments unfolding honestly.

At the close of coverage, time is always taken to reconnect before departure and ensure nothing important has been missed.

​

Meals are requested for the photographer and assistant during reception coverage.

​

6 — After The Celebration

 

Within twenty-four hours:

5–10 preview images arrive.

​

Within four weeks:

​

The complete gallery is delivered with print release access.

The photographs become yours to revisit for decades.
